Parks
Paradise Recreation & Park District offers several fine indoor and outdoor venues for picnics, play and recreation. There is even a dog park! Additional parks include:
Paradise Community Park, at the corner of Pearson Black Olive. Visit the railroad museum and caboose. More information is available from The Town of Paradise .
Clotilde Merlo Park, Stirling City.
Adjacent to the Gold Nugget Museum is Paradise Memorial Park. For more information, call 530-872-8722.

Recreation
Paradise Lake offers walking, biking, hiking, fishing, bird watching, events, group picnics, children's playground and boating.
Lake Oroville Marina offers many recreational opportunities including fishing, boating and camping.
Golfers have a variety of choices at Lava Creek Golf Course, Tuscan Ridge Golf Club, and Paradise Pines Golf Course.
Hiking & Nature Trails
Through the center of Paradise runs the Memorial trail. Formerly a railroad line, the Memorial trail's four-mile gentle incline is now home to walkers, joggers, and leashed dogs. Additional trails are found on either slope of the Ridge and in Magalia.
