In response to the Camp Fire, Frank Lewis, a Chico State Construction Management alumni, has utilized his education and years of experience building high end homes in the Silicon Valley to help rebuild the Ridge - completing approximately 35 homes for fire victims so far. NorCal's goal is to provide the best building materials and practices available, all while staying in budget, providing an exceptional fit and finish. Understanding how overwhelming the building process can be, NorCal strives to make the process as stress free as possible.
