About Us
The Gold Nugget Museum was named for the 54-pound gold nugget found locally in 1859. Our main museum on Pearson Road currently is under construction and open Monday through Thursday from 12 - 4 with micro exhibits for public viewing, Monday through Thursday, 12-4pm.
