Our Mission Statement: To freely offer access to health care and mental health counseling with kindness and compassion, to all people, regardless of their ability to pay.

We will treat: Sore throats, earaches, colds and flu, chronic non-migraine headaches, minor trauma (fractures will be referred to ER), gastroenteritis, urinary tract infections, asthma, bronchitis, cellulitis (if treatable as an outpatient), diabetes, wellness education, medication management.

We will NOT treat: Migraine headaches, unstable vital signs, acute low back pain, irritable bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, cellulitis requiring IV/antibiotics, cholecystitis, OB/GYN, stroke or TIA, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, worker’s comp injuries, sports physicals, disability evaluations.
