Through our Roadmap to Recovery program, you can access guidance and information on navigating insurance and recovering from losses due to the Camp Fire. As you move through the process, we encourage you to use a three-ring binder, notebook or UP R2R journal to stay organized. Do your best to make notes and keep track of communications, problems and progress. Set up a system that works for you to keep receipts for items you replace or repair, and expenses due to losing the use of your home. These items are generally reimburseable under your "Additional Living Expense" insurance coverage.
Educating yourself through our program will increase your odds of getting a full and fair insurance settlement, help you make good decisions and regain financial and emotional health.
