Federal/State Basic Payroll Tax Seminar
This workshop is presented by Employment Development Department (EDD) to help business owners understand federal and state payroll tax requirement for best practice. You will learn: California payroll reporting requirements (forms, employer obligations, reporting and payment requirements); Independent contractor reporting requirements; Electronic filing and payment requirements and options; and Federal Payroll reporting requirements, including Forms 940, 941, 1099. W-2. W-9, and alternative filing.
